I've only been in the group a few weeks and have already seen a return on my investment.Rather than just Googling and calling people, I figured the folks here may have people they have worked with that are trustworthy and looking to grow.Specifically I'm looking for local contractors, electricians, plumbers, roofers, investors, interior decorators, printing businesses, restaurant owners, graphic designers, or digital marketers.Does anyone know anybody local and solid that falls under one of these categories?

Maybe get a law license in TX instead ;)Its part of the job, but I wouldn't recommend any cute side agreements, they are unenforceable and the deal as it stands should be enough for your friend to buy.

I'm thinking that mobile park homes in Wilmington NC with campground like amenities would be a goldmine around here if they done were 'cute' and the grounds look nice as there's an affordability problem here, like most places in high-demand areas, so I believe there's great opportunity especially given the current state of the commercial real estate.
