I do not have an answer to that question, though as a landlord those VA's annoy the you know what out of me constantly...That said, I am an end buyer once you get those houses under contract! 

Though I’m about to join that group in other areas outside of New York and I have structured this property as both a part time residence and a part time income stream.  

I am constantly told by investors, particularly new investors that MLS properties are bad investments and they will only purchase "off market" properties.

Remember, no system is perfect, so avoid the temptation of constantly chasing after the next shiny object.

Tenants were constantly complaining about them. 

And He was constantly unreachable and quasi deceitful. 

I am thinking about picking up my Private Money Broker certification, as way of adding an additional stream of income, but I want your advice if you feel the certicication is worth the effort?
