Today I looked on another site pennymac to see the value it said and there was no information for the address of my property but when I added #2 to the address and it was able to come up with an estimate for my property.Do I need to be concerned that these apps are showing my property with the wrong address?

The only thing I would add here is that I'm concerned what the state is of the other properties being managed by this same PM.

If your main concern is on the refi end the you could also move some properties into portfolios (just make sure that you truly plan to keep these as they may have partial release fees attached).

Even with cheap housing prices, I would be concerned that you can't even get 1% of the purchase price in monthly rent.I personally like the town of Mobile, but would not invest in it.
