 When I interviewed my current 100% commission broker I laid out my plans as an investor to which he was good with.

They stopped charging the property leasing commissions.  

Suggest a different mark in commissions given its one agent, and scale the DD/EMD to 20%/80%.

If you're self-employed or if you want to count overtime or commission, then most underwriters want to average two years.

Register the number with the Federal Trade Commission.
