@Calvin Jordan never let an incoming tenant dictate/ pick paint colors and Never allow a tenant to paint.This was a lesson learned hard after the first few move outs, causing too much extra expense and time between tenants.

I like a dark brown that kind of looks like dirt, if you have the tile to pull it off, because after a year of greasy, dirty feet and shoes it will be the color of dirt even if you seal it. 

They have lots of color options and it's water, mold, scratch resistant which means you can install this in every room of the house.

It takes no thought process into which color which places walls are .

We would have added an accent to the island face or a backsplash using mosiac tile to add some color & flair.

This^^^I can't tell you how many times I would go to a Fixer Open House - the kind where everyone gets an hour to visit the property and then make an offer - I would be crawling under the house and taking apart the electrical panel while all these couple complained about the paint color and the old carpet....

If so this may limit such things as the type of windows to replace, the color (or type) of exterior work you might do...even if a fence is allowed to be placed on the property (and what type of fence).Gail

Do not trust google street view when choosing the color of your new roof.

Also I wish to clean and color the tiles anything specific I canbuy in bigstores such as Homedepot for cleaning and coloring.

This should be in the written report.....some guys color-code the problem items.
