@Calvin Jordan never let an incoming tenant dictate/ pick paint colors and Never allow a tenant to paint.This was a lesson learned hard after the first few move outs, causing too much extra expense and time between tenants.

I like a dark brown that kind of looks like dirt, if you have the tile to pull it off, because after a year of greasy, dirty feet and shoes it will be the color of dirt even if you seal it.
