Basically last year and in the coming year this market will see hundreds of brand new medium to large houses specifically aimed at STR and they are NICE! 

You would think this is a brand new problem.

That being said, sometimes it's not worth the stress entering a brand new market that you don't know a ton abouthope this helps!

Obviously you would want the Starbucks because they have the security of being a global brand with tried and true systems and processes that make it a much less risky investment than a mom-and-pop shop.
