Now if this is statistical growth over 1 month and it takes 12-18 months for a vaccine to become widely available one would have to conclude that they must make plans for a long haul and not simply think that it will disappear in 1-2 months of hiding.

I haven't heard any statistics on the number of mortgages being deferred or going unpaid. 

We basically put in bold red at the top of the letter that we're still buying and can help the seller quickly liquidate an asset if they so choose.

Not to be all woo-woo, but how about be BOLD when others are fearful?

It probably isn't as bad as the media makes it out to be but it also isn't something to just brush under the rug with statistics.
