We are addressing the source of the issue, which seems to be blocked weep holes, high brush piled around the periphery of the home, possibly prior leaky kitchen pipes and some holes in the brick. 

In some parts of Uptown a good deal and a headache are separated by a block or two.

Steven, are you concerned that since GDP remains strong and inflation has come down gradually since the 9.1% print in June '22, and that largest voting block in America, seniors, is quite happy with getting interest on Treasuries for 1st time in a long time, that maybe the FED won't cut the overnight rate from current 5.25% level much or at all?

Make sure that any shared walls are free from any of the separate mep's and that you can fire block completely.

I usually stay at a Disney property due to the convenience of the Disney shuttles but would consider another place if a shuttle stop was with a  block or 2 from where we stay.

Neighborhoods in Baltimore City can be as small as a city block.
