For the folks that are tax savvy or have been audited, I wanted to know if just submitting an annual statement from the utility providers is acceptable in audit or if I need each individual receipt?

Funny thing just talking with an investigator/auditor from the Real Estate Agency and he reaffirmed that if you don't actually buy the property that you can't reassign the contract as is typical in wholesaling.
