I tell my applicants that as long as their info checks out and their application is accepted that I will reimburse them the fee as a credit toward their first months rent just because I don't like to nickel and dime people, but that's a personal preference.

Not sure of my preference   Just different.No one can predict storms, but if you schedule in hurricane season you have better chance of hurricane than if you schedule outside hurricane season.

As you know, there are other communities that behave like investor clubs/networking groups that present themselves as educational platforms, yet they are either operated by deal sponsors/syndicators or have a number of deal sponsors/syndicators that sponsor the website (they may not call them sponsors but preferred vendors or similar).
