I believe you can say Section 8 welcome, but if you do that, I am thinking you should probably include that in all your listings so that you could not be accused of segregating section 8 only to certain areas.4.

Unless that is you are an excellent credit risk with $500K cash in the bank and an 850 credit score, in which maybe you walk your fingers across the keyboard to another bank that actually wants to make a profitable loan to an excellent credit risk and doesn't accuse your former life partner of being a criminal....

Hi Karen,It helps to have approval requirements written up before you start accepting applications, so you don't find yourself in this type of situation and prevents you from being accused of any type of discrimination.

The fact was she had lost her job and scared that I would go after her for the lease term , so she started making my life miserable by behaving obnoxiously, calling racial slurs, falsely accusing me to the health department that I turned down the heat ( there is only zone for my unit and hers combined) I was ecstatic when she gave a notice !
