Violent crime has decreased by 11.69%; while homicide has increased by 60%, property crime has increased 11.34% since 2022.

If an applicant or tenant moving in expresses concern about wanting to lock in longer, I assure them that the only reason we serve notice is if they aren't keeping up their end, and we do not frequently or violently raise rents.  

It has an anti landlord leasing rules, and an incredibly high violent crime rate.I am from Illinois originally, I just see a lot of decay along with a terribly corrupt political system and wonder if Chicago/Illinois isn't the next failing city/state.

And be sure to focus on violent crime, not minor crime.
