I was confused until I was finally able to take a trip back to CO to walk the property and see light fixtures not cut in right, and trim unfinished, etc. 

Trim bushes, mulch garden beds etc.

Classic white trim and white doors with black knobs have all been trending for the last 5 years.

Beautiful 6in wood trim we saved all of it but forgot to label it.

Save the real glossy paint for doors and trim.

I had a friend who used a landscaping company to install a lawn and trim some bushes.

On my recent closing the inspector found issues such as: missing window locks, rotten windowsill and doorway trim, furnace was not clicking on, bathroom ceiling on 2nd floor had a slight bow to it.I asked the seller to address these issues and they were more than happy to do so, as well as removing a large swingset/play fort from the backyard. 

Everything cleaned, hard floors swept or mopped, carpets professionally cleaned, appliances cleaned inside and out, windows washed, sills / trim / baseboard / counters / other flat surfaces dusted, all light bulbs operational, etc. 

Just remove the trim and they will come right out (or down)....

I walked the property and its in good overall condition. windows, trim, furnaces, floors, roof…all in good condition.
