We put the house on MLS on Thursday, had open house Sat/Sun, had contract signed and tenants moved in by Friday, so it took us a little over a week.

I will definitely be there this friday.

So I pulled the trigger last Friday and got my first deal under contract and know I am working to wholesale right now.I am determined and motivated and I am not scared to make mistakes.

Also, starting Friday after work, I'm unavailable for a week - personal business.My investing group is having their annual picnic this Sunday in St Charles at Pottawatomie Park from noon to 5pm. 

I hope that our meeting finalizes on Tues. and closes on Friday..... from my mouth to God's ears.Keep up the battle,Bob

This month is on the 14th, which is this Friday.  

We were supposed to close on Friday of last week and now today they are telling us this.

I would like to know if anyone has had this problem.I'm going to the be owner of a new property TOMORROW, got the survey on Friday from title company and just come to find that my property line doesn't match the survey on record.Technically I have the end of the driveway as my property line in the survey but in fact I have the drive-way and about an extra five feet (5x132) and then a chain link fence (which is what I thought was the property line)What do I do in this case?
