Many sectors of the city are up-and-coming and there are tons of colleges/universities, major medical hospitals, some professional sports, and factories around. 

I also have plans to add a pool if the buyers want it or a sports court as the backyard has plenty of room for it.

In fact, the cold weather has likely helped our business tremendously since no one is going out where we live so people are just glued to their devices as we've been seeing between 6-9 bookings per day over the last several days.

Financial advisers, real estate agents, title companies, etc. have taken me to club boxes or floor seats at sporting events, golfing at private clubs, etc.

Based on the responses we got, several people have conflicts with children's sporting events on Sundays.
