Quickbooks doesn't provide all the things that attract tenants to your property either like ACH payments, online portal, online maintenance tracking, etc.  

Build a relationship with your future tenant as well so they feel comfortable sending you pictures if there are problems or sending a message on your tenants portal (keep that paper trail when dealing with tenants).

Wire instructions sent outside of the secure portal, by a person who was never introduced, on a # that didn't match anything on the website haha.

@Robinson Parra You will want to find an agent in your area who has experience with HUD transactions because if you ever get to the point where you want to submit an offer an agent with a NAID number will need submit the offer for you through the HUDhomestore.com portal.

Does anyone know of an app that converts MLS listings from a portal (supplied through Real Estate Broker) to an Excel spreadsheet?

I am launching a platform portal and need to invest in the development costs.

WOW what a difference to be on the calculator and any portal or whatever.

I would love to centralize it all into an app or online portal that has all my property info and connects to bank accounts to log income and expenses per property.
