Eddie,I think the banks need a bypass - coronary bypass surgery to be more specific :)As for government creating a "temporary banking system": for some reason, I just don't like the sound of that.Not sure how to solve the "get banks lending again" problem.

The seller "fixed it" (spacing) by zip tying lattice to all the spindles....yes, zip ties and plastic lattice....smh i tore out all the spindles, patched holes, repainted, then sunk all new spindles using 3" screws.

I have one rental property and want to 'manage' my fathers 3 rental properties as well since he has had nothing but problems due to him being too much of a nice guy and having gone through a quintuple heart bypass surgery and limiting him on how much he can do now.
