Can anyone recommend reliable painters or general purpose contractors ?

Not shared with them, but I let a new tenant paint before at move in as her dad was a professional painter.

Talk to your local paint stores, painters, HD, Lowe’s, etc.  

For example, if the plan buys a property to rent, but incurs some expenses like painters, roofers or contractors, the retirement plan is responsible to pay those expenses.

- find a LIcensed Roofer, Plumber, ElectrIcan, Drywallers, FloorIng Guys, PaInters, Etc.

The $2/sqft that your painter charges, is that for both interior and exterior?

But let's say you need flooring ripped up and replaced, cabinets and countertops refinished, new paint throughout, new paint on exterior, new doors and windows, and tile; do many of you go about hiring painter, window/door install, floor install, etc. individually?

Sometimes you may only need a painter, and you could likely find a direct sub-contractor at a slightly lower rate than a GC.
