Western Nebraska

Let me explain.....My name is Dustin and I am currently on Air Force active duty stationed in Alaska and have orders to Nebraska (leaving in May).

Not only is this true, but after last week, I have a renewed appreciation for this fact...We just started rehabbing in another southeast market earlier this year and have a great agent in that market.

I'm in the southeast Virginia area, and studying the markets close by.

I fund many different types of investors all over the country... mainly in the single family fix and flipI am active in the South and south east..

. - I like southeast Cincinnati near Anderson/Amelia areas.

Based on the demographic map posted, I'm in the >5% area (Southeast Georgia).

Any agents work in this general area I have a client looking to purchase a home in this area but an only a member of Sevrar (south east valley), looking to  refer these clients out to a knowledgeable agent.MODERATOR:  RECOMMENDATIONS ONLY, PLEASE.  

I know of at least 3 in my immediate vicinity (SouthEast CT).

I'm from New England with a focus in southeast CT and southern RI.I've lived here most my life and am very familiar with the market.I have been doing much reading on biggerpockets and A LOT of research with some great books that I can recommend if anybody is interested!
