Motivating my team is basically my full time job!

Account Closed, as Charles noted, the seller's price really comes down to their own motivations.

But a lot of my short-term rental buyers have dual motivations -- somewhat investment but also a second home/vacation home.

I wanted to use them to find motivated sellers that want to sell.

As of now I’m listening to the “BiggerPockets” the podcast and I just started since the first episode and it just made me have more motivation to accomplish my goals  I am in the process of currently changing my major from Marketing to Finance and Real Estate and I would highly appreciate any type of advice, that any of you have. 

So not motivating.

Hard to fail if you are motivated, do the teachables homework, and apply yourself. 

I've used it as a motivator to grow my portfolio, the more property I buy the more I offset my income and my wife's income.
