I bought all their furniture, televisions, utensils, cookware, etc. 

Her realtor has made false claims such as we have to stage the house (she is allowed to tell us to take something down, move furniture, etc.. to their standards), we have to leave the property when they are working on it/showing it; If the house were to sell during our lease, we would have to leave the property because of the "right to occupy", or that the new landlord would be able to modify the lease.

I already have bedroom furniture for 2 bedrooms that I like (my BR and one other), so I am thinking I'd have one of my spare bedrooms unfurnished and the other furnished.

Can stagers stage or remove furniture?

Frankly I don't like showing during that time anyway with half the furniture gone, packing boxes everywhere, and what if the tenant loses an iPhone and thinks one of my visitors took it when my back is turned? 

If I'm intending to haul furniture and heavy tools, a truck would be better even if it is more expensive.   

If anyone has successfully sold a full short term rental business, how did you go about marketing and how complicated was the sell given that you're selling, real estate, furniture and upcoming bookings.  

I don't own a single piece of furniture.
