Most of you probably know, but I wanted to get the word out that Realtors are now considered Essential personal (With Restrictions)

We have an update from the Governor, and real estate agents are now able to do the following under the current “Stay Home, Stay Healthy" order:

1. Can agents access a keybox and show a house? YES.
2. How many people can see the home? TWO AT A TIME (including agent).
3. Can I write an offer on a house? YES.
4. Can I sign listing paperwork? YES. 📑
5. Can photographers take pictures of homes? NO, but Agent or Seller can.
6. Can sign companies put up signs? NO, but pointer & window signs ok.
7. Can appraisers enter homes? YES.
8. Can inspectors enter homes? YES. (including agent)
9. Can escrow companies facilitate closing paperwork? YES.
10. Can buyers conduct 'final walk-through'? YES.
11. Can stagers stage or remove furniture? NO.
12. Can moving companies move in/out? NO, you need to move yourself.
13. Can contractor's make repairs? Emergency only.

Social distancing recommendations must be followed, in groups of no more than two. All activities are by appointment only.
