Fingers crossed on the upcoming roof and foundation inspections but I saw no interior damage. 

Make sure to check for any mold or water marks on the interior walls towards the back of the house where the water would come towards the house. 

I’d think repairs would be a small expense to prepare for, I’d hope, barring the water heater going down, since the HOA handles exterior maintenance and the interior is well-kept. 

Now I get to see the interiors of property.

Interior has a walled and lockable 14'x12' office, large overhead door.Main driver of this proposal wants to continue using the space, and feels somewhat entitled due to them having performed some infrequent light building maintenance and lawn mowing over the years.

Back then they used plaster for the walls so I have had to re-drywall the entire interior, all four floors, install new electrical wires throughout along with a new box, all new plumbing lines, and support beams in the basement to correct the uneven floor.

I believe they are currently interior doors, so I am looking at replacing.
