We bought 3 apartments, a mobile home park and over 30 houses that we kept for ourselves in those 6 months. 

I purchased and re-positioned a 29 unit stable 1990 C+ class apartment community with affordable rents and I have been investing passively in value add affordable mobile home park communities.Of all the market forces discussed on BP, the affordable housing shortage is the one undeniable force and it likely will not be solved in my lifetime.

(It doesn't work very well for me on the mobile app, only on a computer. 

Hey BP Members,I was wondering, are there any investors here in the phoenix area that specializes in mobile homes built prior to 1976? 

I have actually held a few mobile homes in Alabama ( many years ago) but made little compared to the frustration, so that chased me away.

Maybe try mobiles for sale in parks? 

There are a few other cities to consider like Fort Worth, Austin, Mobile, Tallahasse, Albaquerkee,  Oklahoma City, Memphis, etc..

My name is Harrison, my father and I are actively looking to buy a 30-100 space, primarily lot rent Mobile Home Park with upside in the Southeastern United States (Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee).
