I attended the Mom's House event a few days ago.

I’ll start attending our local meetups though just to start building that network.

Whether or not seller's agent was present at your home inspection, it sounds like you attended and had every right and opportunity to ask the inspector any questions you wanted to and crawl all over that property then.

(Call and say you want to attend the FFP event; its cheaper than signing up online. 

I'm also moving to the MTR strategy as we go to the fall/winter seasons here in Denver. 4 months out of the year it's reeeaaal slow as an STR, but MTR strat could keep things more afloat.Cheers,Ian

Lucky enough to belong to an incredible network in Denver (CO) but as we add operations, properties and an arm of our design business down here I am itching to join something similar!

I can definitely attend meetings and continue to network but I'd like to make progress too.

Like @Markus Timm mentioned, attend some meetups.

I also attend several real estate club meetings (DIG and DPI) in the area, so happy to network and connect.

I'm looking at a flip in Denver and the issue I am running into is the seller is trying to find a way to occupy the property post close.
