There is more fraud, theft/rustling, poor husbandry, liars and cheats, and other issues than you'd imagine in such a culturally important industry.

At first glance, it seems obvious to consider Canada because of the proximity and common rule of law, language and culture (to a certain extent).

I have some Chinese friends here we have also been discussion how to work on deals together so that the deposit and rates are better.  

I'm big on culture, love spending time with family/friends, seeking out adrenaline-activities, traveling and closing deals!

After that start consuming some of their free content first to ensure you are a good culture fit.  

It’s beautiful here, with such a vibrant culture, it reminds me of where I grew up in Jamaica!

As a newbie to this culture I tried to take in as much as possible and it was so much excitement, energy, education, relationship building, camaraderie and sharing.

The culture of the group is very collaborative and supportive.

As much as I love Okinawa, Japan's land, people and culture, I know I must go in 2016, so, I'm saving as much money as I can to be able to invest some of that money into the real estate sector to maybe be a landlord as I continue my military career.
