To give you an idea, where I am (Raleigh-Durham, NC), we have these anonymous LLC's buying up everything and I mean everything they can between $200-400k.

If your tenants' place reeks you could anonymously mail them some air fresheners with a note that reads For your place, you stinky, gross pig-livin' human. :-)

This isn't likely what you want to hear but I highly recommend that you upload a photo of yourself for your profile pic, it'll help make you seem more like an individual and less of an anonymous entity.

I had watched a YouTube video of Clint Coons regarding creating a WY LLC holding company which in turn owns your individual LLCs to provide anonymity. 

That is true if you are going to open a "Plain Vanilla" LLC, however for those interested in anonymity, you need a third party and cannot set this up yourself. 

I'm wondering how others have structured their LLC's as they hit 10+ properties to maintain anonymity, have asset protection, but keep it simple and limit costs.

Take pics and audio, follow her home one day and mail an anonymous package to the husband.
