I have done extensive research on the area on the population, schools, hospitals, jobs, and the age group I'm targeting, and I've seen all the streets and the whole town as much possible without actually being there on google street view but i will be driving over there this weekend to get a real vibe of the place probably talk to locals.I pray that another major 2008 does NOT happen while I'm incurring on my first investment property lol..

Age and wisdom are two separate things.

The single-family and multi-family homes are at a lower price point than most other neighborhoods in the city while still being a safe and nice place to live.Pleasant Ridge and surrounding zip codesHighly desirable area to live in for all age groups with plenty of bars/restaurants nearby.

We live in such a day and age that sending things through email is not safe, you are compromising that PII (personal identifiable Identification).

That argument doesn't fly in the age of mobility and movement.
