I was sent a webinar invitation as a result in which it sort of taught real estate wholesaling.

I've started the podcasts and have attended a couple webinars. 

I am really thankful for this website and the podcast+webinar Brandon and Joshua put on.

I've done quiet a bit of research which include webinars, podcast, YouTube, and just some good old hard cover books, but even with all that information I'm finding it rather challenging to actually start making some deals happen.
