Lurked around BP site for the past year, have listened to  the BP Rookie Podcast on my drive to work, read books Skip the Flip and Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing; then decided to FINALLY  make an account the other day, just  accept my vulnerability and ask the forum for direction.

Guide, I completely agree with you in the fact that this war we're in right now certainly does make us vulnerable to other attacks right now - and maybe I'm wrong (hopefully not), but I just don't see them making an attack on us.

Use that to spray in the face of someone who is getting violent.If you have to fight, remember to strike vulnerable areas (throat, eyes, groin).

But once we do get back to a dynamic where each new job opening will elicit dozens of qualified resumes, I don't see this can continue. have lot of comments, one by one :- I checked the most recent layoff data for startup only as they're one that's most vulnerable, currently at 5/5/2023 the layoff has been normalized meaning the number has been greatly reduced almost near to the average.

Be careful not to take advantage of these seniors.....some can be very vulnerable and not great at decision making.

I'm going to be taking quite a few leaps of faith here and be pretty vulnerable for a moment, which is NOT easy for me. 

After all, leverage is what makes real estate investing so attractive but too much of a good thing can leave you vulnerable and perhaps unable to ride out declining market conditions.

It seems the seller is vulnerable.

When I met her I attempted to bond over philosophy (her profession, my major) and mutual social connections - and not let her realize that I have real assets for as long as I possibly could.I must admit I took some evil pleasure in "corrupting" a woman who was practically a communist feminazi professor when I met her - and making her annoyed at herself when she realized that she was just as vulnerable to enjoying a few material pleasures (good wine, nice hotels, skiing, riding in my MBZ instead of her Hyundai) as any other human.I don't see her telling me I should sell our family's ski condo and donate the money to charity!
