MY main reason i wanna work and team up with a agent is to HOPEFULLY because a unlicensed assistant. 

The returns will be substantially higher than working as an unlicensed broker.

I mean they are selling real estate and acting as brokers ( unlicensed which I don't care for) but that's another story.. have we bought any of your wholesale deals I bought about 30 homes in Indy this year maybe a little more.. you sold me any ?

Before you deal with any unlicensed brokers consider something to protect yourself:1.

Lots of these unlicensed brokers use trickery and deception as their usual strategy with BS clauses such as "subject to partners approval", etc.

Also, unlicensed assistants are not allowed to show property in Ohio.

Operating as an unlicensed broker is not the easiest way to make money and there are lots of dishonest people in that realm.

I suspect this is why the unlicensed brokers promote their activities so strongly.

Many of these unlicensed brokers will NEVER make any real money.

For those note folks here, you might see from that law firm the issues of unlicensed mortgage activities and a key point which I've been bring up for several years, if you are buying/selling notes as a business operation you need a license.
