They are highly dependent on demand and from what you've described I wouldn't expect a lot of demand in that format of renting.If this were on the water in Marco Island FL, then you'd probably be booked all year at $6K+ per week...doesn't sound like that's the case though.

I'd think an MBA would out weigh both and the overall cost may not be much different, but just stay with a decent school, not some internet bunch on some island.
