As Jason said - there are a few good REIA groups here in the area that would help you grow your network and learn about the local market - so when you are ready to pull the trigger you have a better idea of the market and maybe even some investment partners to help you get there quicker.   

I will know when it's right to pull the trigger and start deals, but I would rather wait longer to be comfortable, than make a huge mistake that screws up years of my investing future.

For years, we have talked about leaving our jobs to start flipping homes and buying rental properties but can’t pull the trigger.
