It's irritating and exhausting.  

(I also find Zillow very irritating in that it always says it's not compatible with my version of Firefox, which happens to be the latest 2.0.0.3 -- Let's get with the times, people!)

I just saw a news video about homeowners near their tennis courts fighting their HOA for allowing them to be converted to pickleball, which is much noisier and irritating to the human ear.

The thing that is irritating that prompted this post is when someone with little to no experience, and little to no cash, and nothing really to bring to the table that I don't already have in place within the system, wants to partner up on a deal and make half of the profit.
