Plus I hate the notion of selling one over-priced asset just to turn around and buy another overpriced asset given I have no faith in my ability to select counter cyclical asset classes.If I had a shaker operation or I was just sick and tired of the landlord process (even as passive as mine is) I might feel a bit different.  

Hello BiggerPockets community,Here’s my frustration I come across deals that I feel are gold but every time I send them out to my buyers list they’re either tire kickers or not interested for whatever other reasons.

BUTI'm tired of where I work.

This will allow me to pursue my goal of hiking the AT from start to finish in 6 months.Year Long goal; to develop the means and methods to buy and manage real estate investments smartly, to find a duplex owned by a "tired" land lord in the Beavercreek and Springboro Ohio area that can be managed more effectively. 3 month goal; to line up a HELOC after interviewing multiple banks/CUs, to establish a well rounded networking group of experts and investors.  1 week goal; to look into different banks/ CUs per week and ask about their terms for HELOC.

We have had a couple tire kickers low balling us, usually we just ignore those emails.

Are the delinquent renters late because the LL is lazy and tired of the place?

He wants to turn over a new chapter because he’s sick and tired of going to jail.

They finally responded to my message and told me they planned on coming back to finish cleaning but at the same time they left because they were sick and tired of the rat issue.

But on the flip side, he's eliminating 99% of the tire kickers.Have a sit down with your realtor and express your feelings and concerns. 

Motivated sellers can be tired landlords, people who had nightmare tenants who trashed their property and just want someone to take it off their hands.
