Is the an lobby group for Ontario landlords?

I badgered @Jay Hinrichs when he was in town just to sit down with him for 10 minutes in the lobby at the airport. 

I have no problem with a little balance, but I hate when the hotel lobbys push the local politicians to do regulations like this. 

There is a group trying to lobby to change this here: https://brevardflstr.com/ They also have a really good resort dwelling county map that is very detailed giving you a specific neighborhood by neighborhood breakdown.

Newer Express will have a modern/Euro look with a different style of exterior, lobby, and space planning for guest interactions.  

Second reason that those and many other laws which apply to many other purchases do not apply to RE is because the real estate lobby in Washington is very powerful and has over the years managed to keep RE relatively regulation light compared to other areas as well as maintaining the existence of the GSEs and various RE tax deductions that have helped make RE such a great investment for many owners.

Your fix and flip doesn’t just put money in your pocket, it improves a neighborhood and provides working professionals with quality turn-key housing.I am literally a card carrying Dem, but everyone in the RE industry should be aware of this issue and should lobby their reps.

While I don't doubt the hustle of some wholesalers, I also don't doubt the broker's lobby and that some brokers may push for this to be enforced.  

Let's all just meet at the hotel lobby, say 5pm and head out from there.
