It's terrifying.

The first one is terrifying, but you go visit the operation, meet the principles and research the numbers.

And East Bakersfield just terrifies me (Virginia Ave)..and since we are planning to manage it ourselves on our first deal, we wanted one that wouldn't terrify us.

They're probably just terrified of losing their deposit.I wouldn't do anything about it.  

This has put many mold inspectors out of business except those that continue to be hired by terrified tenants and, seeing big dollar signs, rip them off with outrageously expensive inspection reports.Landlords need to remain calm regarding this entire business and for heavens sake, DON'T call it mold.
