It is by far the best pull, TV coming in second..Here is a classified ad I run and I typically run two at a time with two different messages including different telephone numbers.The other Ad is placed upside down..Here is a Magazine ad I run in the Realtors magazines... there are only 6 pages to place your ad on which produce results.

To Whom It May Concern:Xpress Loans 911 LLCNC Secretary of State ID Number 18997979532 Scotland Hall CourtCharlotte, NC 28277-2167https://xpressloans911.comhttps://www.facebook.com/xpres...It is hereby alleged that the entities noted above are doing mortgage loans and real estate transactions in North Carolina without a license.On 20 November 2020, Robert Berg was contacted via telephone in regards to the status of a home loan/mortgage that was brought to my attention by my wife.In October 2020, my wife paid $1,500.00 up front to begin a mortgage refinance on one of our homes via a mobile app to Jill Berg.In addition, my wife paid $525.00 to Appraisal Nation for an appraisal via Xpress Loans 911 LLC as part of the loan process.We don't want the loan, Xpress Loans 911 LLC should not be servicing loans/mortgages in the state of North Carolina if they are not properly licensed.When I contacted Robert Berg at the telephone number listed on their business filing we had a heated exchange over my concerns and to stop the application, loan process and to issue a refund.

Stat. 504B.173 Subd. 3:Subd. 3.Disclosures to applicant.If a landlord accepts an applicant screening fee from a prospective tenant, the landlord must:(1) disclose in writing prior to accepting the applicant screening fee:(i) the name, address, and telephone number of the tenant screening service the landlord will use, unless the landlord does not use a tenant screening service; and(ii) the criteria on which the decision to rent to the prospective tenant will be based; and(2) notify the applicant within 14 days of rejecting a rental application, identifying the criteria the applicant failed to meet.The remedy isn't terrible though as long as you weren't making material misrepresentations.

They have to go through a book almost the size of the old telephone directories every year I believe just to keep up with all the new "goodies" the IRS comes up with.
