Mike Watkins  is that negative enough for you.. but its the truth as markets firm only the strong survive and BP follwers are anything but the strong the majority are just beginners with 90% failure rate or more.

@Eric Narciso it's not vital to the survival of your business, but it will make life that much better.

They NEED to find good risks to put money out on for survival.  

My goal is to earn enough doing this to be able to quit some of my survival jobs by the end of the year.When I did a basic search online on real estate investing, BiggerPockets came up.

Whatever he decides I'm making real estate investing mandatory since housing is indeed a basic need and investing is now a basic financial survival tool.

IMO, someone who is highly leveraged won't survive the next downturn in the housing market just like in 2008.

Ethics is a big deal in real estate for success and long term survival.

I doubt that Senators and Congressmen can survive a re-election supporting a policy that allows for their constituents to be thrown out on the streets.Most Section 8 agencies are run at the state level with funding from the Feds - it will take some time (at least two years) before the dust settles if it does happen....but I doubt it will happen.....but as with any law, the courts have to evaluate the legislative intent. 

I definitely have a full plate but refuse to be in "survival mode" passing up opporunity.
