It's just that in a bad economy like this it's a little harder. 

Like Mexico, it has a stable political system, a booming economy and plenty of money in their coffers for investments in infrastructure and marketing.

I NEVER buy single family homes due to economy of scale and my type of business plan.

The economy was strong and we dodged bullets. 

Older economy hotels tend to trade at a multiple of revenue (say 3X) where midscale + branded assets trade based on cap rate.  

In my opinion, it represents a solid opportunity due to its affordable real estate, strong rental market, cash flow potential, landlord friendly laws and stable economy.

As the city experiences heightened attention and an influx of visitors, local businesses thrive, and the economy receives a boost.

The economy isn't looking so hot at the moment.

Utah's economy and market diversity is excellent.
