I would want the property to cashflow if it were 100% rented, which sounds like it is still a stretch.

For my unique situation, it has been absolutely WORTH IT! 

Cape Coral is a unique market in that it offers access to nearly every major investment strategy within a single market such as LTR, STR, new construction development, land banking, retail/commercial, industrial, etc.

This is a pretty unique restriction and I would think LESSEN the home's value considerably.

So many people treat MTR like a unique investment class, but it is not.

Anything halfway decent in this market - view not included - is going to cost $800K+ and from the comps I've seen they don't seem to rent for all that much more than Geodomes or other unique structure done right.
