I think removing the listing and getting with a better agent along with new photos and virtual staging will make a massive impact. you only have 59 days on market and the fact that it isn's sold is surprising.

Interest rates are just one component of the economy and you have many different macro-economic conditions that impact housing such as job market, inflation, debt loads, lending standards etc. 

I wanted to know if the president has any legitimate levers that they can pull to impact housing.

@Kayla D.Many use private lenders - while interest rate may be higher on smaller loan amounts it really doesn’t have such a huge impact overall.Also check some other local lenders and DSCR lenders as many will go to $75k

By doing it in the primary suite, they have their own bath and closet, so it isn't as much of an impact on your life.
