We spent $20,000, or 20% of purchase price on termite fumigation of all structures, re-wiring the main house and replacing the old AC panel, exterior painting, replacing all the old windows, and putting in new central A/C in the main house.

We have fixed multiple areas of the house including electrical, plumbing, added washers and dryers, added solar powered security lights, built an office, built a patio which increased the value of the house.

Is the electrical panel up to code...or wiring made of aluminum - or not 15 amp service?

This^^^I can't tell you how many times I would go to a Fixer Open House - the kind where everyone gets an hour to visit the property and then make an offer - I would be crawling under the house and taking apart the electrical panel while all these couple complained about the paint color and the old carpet....

I would like to set up a solar power bank so I can run those items off of it.

3 The electric panels are fuse boxes, and I don't see much wiring that looks new even though there appears to be some grounded outlets upstairs.

The paneling, if actual wood, is really expensive, but I would paint it for a flip.
