@Maxwell Lee my sister is a realtor who works with a lot of investors however, I like the perspective you gave of not having to feel guilt when you want to low ball and offer or for me coming in town can be late minute so being able to look at a property whenever I feel like it or going by multiple times for whatever reason, not having to both someone is a bonus.Awesome community feedback!
