Even with the anticipated challenges coming in the Retail and Commercial segments, real estate investors will do what they do best: renovate, reinvent, and innovate new purpose for those properties.

What that person is recommending is which segment of real estate to work.

Class C is not a segment of the market we are currently pursuing, but the overall concepts apply.
