What/ how to become a commercial broker
I had the pleasure of sitting down with a very successful owner (for a school project, but this is a great way for them to give you time), I asked if he could recommend one thing he would do if he were me. His response was to be a commercial broker. One question is what is a commercial broker, does he mean selling and being a commercial leasing agent, or something else? I've gotten my real estate books to become a licensed agent. My vision is to get that and transfer to commercial. Does this mean I have to get my broker license and go through things for commercial? Just trying to be on the right track.
I appreciate any knowledge,
Dylan B.
