The good ones are "only" down 50-70% as they all keep dropping earnings report after earnings report that signal that all that monster growth in and coming out of the pandemic was more temporary rather than a change in the world.I'm not saying it will happen in the travel industry, but a lot of people took their annual vacation 4 times in 2021, they booked later than is normal, they worked on the road more often than people will put up with long-term (especially in terms of cost), etc.Home values are not going to fall 50% but travel trends, especially in certain markets that people were forced to travel to during Covid, could.

Doorknobs/deadbolts naturally relate to safety, so I'm not willing to risk that issue given the circumstances of his request (doorknob/deadbolt appeared faulty).I think the biggest piece of advice I can give you is to process the requests like a robot.

I call these people maintenance monsters😈 As some have stated; you must take control of these kinds of people, tell them thank you for making aware of this, we will make note of this. 2nd, if we send a repairman and nothing is found to be wrong, this will be at your expense. lastly if you aren’t happy here, you can certainly vacate with a 30 or 60 day notice, or whatever your statutes say in your area
