Since I won't be able to just not re-new a lease, getting a tenant out will be easiest if the cause is:Failure to pay rent, Breach of lease, Nuisance or Failure to give access.  

Anyone who understands what is going to happen to electrical systems with the large scale introduction of expensive renewables such as wind and solar knows that power bills are going only one way - up.

This tenant was inherited when I bought the building last year and this is the period when their contract is up for renewal.

Whenever the end date of current Lease - You send tenant Notice the lease is Not being renewed or renewed at $$$$.

For example I could say "I'll give you half a month off rent if you renew" which is great if they renew but if they leave me high and dry it's useless.

Can we just tell them we don't want to renew and they need to move out at the end of their lease without giving them a reason?
