Contrary to some beliefs, a list or website containing motivated sellers is not available.  

For us, we recognize all the benefits that real estate has to offer, (sheltering income from income tax, elimination of capital gains etc....) it is my belief that you have to find somebody who understands all these benefits and can apply them in your situation to get you the benefits that can be derived from real estate, regardless of where they are!!

Hi,I was under the belief that LLCs or S corps were good entities for a real estate business because it separated business activities away from the individual.

Still you can see the similatities ten seperate notes (mortgages) backed by the same asset in this case a home in the banks case a single deposit of (Fiat money).I mean in a system where the only real value of our money is in other countries belief of our ability & willingness to pay back the debt.I think the only way out of this is for people to only purchase the things they need.
