I am from Buffalo, NY and will be moving to Charleston shortly. 

A new person moves in and she says the upstairs neighbors are creating a ton of noise.

My wife and I have one rental unit and are trying to move toward our next property, but still are trying to learn more and find additional ways to make some side income to speed the process.

Of course, if we have another available unit that's similar to the one they were looking at, I'll pivot to that and offer to move their current application over to that unit as long as they would still qualify under whatever the new unit's rent is. 

Hopefully they moved on to a juice processing plant for culls.  

@Damini Dutta did you end up moving forward?

I am at an inflection point where I need to decide if I should try to sell or rent it due to possibly moving for a job change.

Bee Setups again threatened they were going to move forward with collections.

Instead of focusing on move-in-ready rentals, consider fixing up a cheaper property (BRRRR method) to add value and boost cash flow.
